Thanksgiving Stuffing Sausage Balls are exactly how they sound. These delicious little bites are a fun take on the traditional southern sausage ball but made with Thanksgiving stuffing instead of biscuit mix and only include FOUR ingredients.

Ingredients
1boxstuffing mixany kind
1 ½cupschicken stock or broth
½poundSausage
1egg
½cupshredded cheesecheddar works best but any kind will work
Seasoning for Sausage:
1tablespoonEverything But The LeftoversTrader Joe's seasoning OR onion powder
optional 1 teaspoon of red chili flakes
Instructions
Add sausage to a skillet and season with the "sausage seasoning".
Once cooked, add in the 1 1/2 cups broth or stock and remove the pan from heat.
Add stuffing mix to a separate bowl, add the sausage broth mix to the bowl with the stuffing and stir.
Add 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
In a separate bowl, mix one egg. Once mixed, add into the bowl with stuffing and sausage.
Use a cookie scoop or a spoon to scoop out balls on to a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Then use hands to tighten and form the balls.
Bake in the oven for 30-35 min at 375 degrees.
Top with parsley flakes and serve with cranberry sauce.
Notes
You can buy canned or jarred cranberry sauce and add fresh orange zest on top for a special homemade touch.
