Maple Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats

These Maple Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats are quick and simple to make and the perfect healthy breakfast to have on hand. Oats will fill you up and keep you full all morning! Make these the night before and early work or school day and they are just waiting for you to grab out of the fridge and throw in a lunchbox.

Equipment

  • container with lid I use the 2 cup Pyrex Tupperware with lid or a mason jar

Ingredients

  • cup Oats old fashioned or quick oats
  • ½ cup Milk of choice Almond milk works great
  • ½ cup Apple diced
  • ½ tbsp Maple Syrup pure 100% Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • In a small container with lid (I use the 2 cup Pyrex containers or a ball jar with a lid)
  • Add 1/3 cups oats
  • Add 1/2 cup of apple (diced)
  • Add 1/2 TBS maple syrup
  • Add a dash of cinnamon and vanilla extract
  • Add 1/2 cup milk
  • Stir, place lid on container, and keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

This can be enjoyed cold or warm. If you prefer them warm you can heat them in a microwave for 30 seconds.
