Maple Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats are the easiest healthy breakfast to have on hand. Oats will fill you up and keep you full all morning! Make these the night before and early work or school day and they are just waiting for you to grab out of the fridge and throw in a lunchbox.
I’m heading back to work after the holidays and that means I’m looking for a quick easy breakfast to grab as I’m rushing out the door in the morning (likely due to the fact that I’m running late because I haven’t had to use a morning alarm for two weeks). These Maple Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats are simple to make the night before work or school and they are just waiting for you to grab out of the fridge and throw in a lunchbox the next morning.
